Whilst it is no longer a chapel, the space is not exactly a bar either, rather an unlikely marriage of both. Having a drink in a place of heritage, a place for meeting and sharing, is the occasion to linger over a visit to the Abbey.
The Wine Bar
IEstablished in a vaulted hall of the 15th century, between the Cuisines Romanes and the Grand Refectoire, the Wine Bar offers a menu of sweet and savory snacks. A selection of wines made among the 7 wine appellations of Saumur, served by the glass or the bottle allows to discover the richness of the production of our terroir. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
